Few things are as challenging and painful as a struggling relationship. Your love life feels like it's falling apart, or isn’t going anywhere. I specialize in counseling for relationships in crisis, addressing critical issues such as infidelity, unhealthy emotional conflict, stalemates, and communication breakdowns—problems that can deeply erode trust between you and your partner.
My focus is on working with couples seeking reconciliation. To help restore connection and build a healthier foundation, I draw on the Gottman Method for relationship dynamics and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for managing anger and improving communication.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) recognized by the state of Texas, I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based support to guide you and your partner toward healing and renewed trust.
It’s us.
We don’t fight well.
Sometimes we don’t talk about what is bothering us. When we do argue, things happen that we regret.
When you and your partner are always at odds, often about the same thing over and over. Making up doesn’t solve the issue or repair hurt feelings. What you need is a better way to communicate and connect when upset.
It’s me.
I get upset and say and do things I later regret.
I want to work on this on my own.
When aggressive or abusive behaviors cause more problems than they solve. Afterwards, you feel resentful and sometimes ashamed.
It's us.
One or both of us paid too much attention to someone else.
When a partner strays it is sometimes called cheating, infidelity, adultery or an affair. The hallmarks are an emotional or physical relationship that has been kept hidden from a primary partner. Working through an affair takes tremendous energy and vulnerability on both sides.
